The SwiftBox has state modular approval under the residential building code in Missouri and New Mexico. In Hawaii, Kansas, Oklahoma, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming where there is currently no state modular program, the SwiftBox may be deployed subject to local jurisdiction approval. In any other state, we are currently unable to sell under the classification of a modular home (residential building code). In those locations, you could potentially purchase these as a temporary structure. As we receive additional approvals, we will update people looking to install a SwiftBox in those locations. All SwiftBoxes will come with a UL certification of compliance, a data plate, and Modular sticker in states with approved modular building programs.

How can you offer these so cheap?!
Our primary goal when creating SwiftBuild Modular was to offer AFFORDABLE, QUALITY HOMES. Additionally, we partner with a factory located in China. They build these to order using a set floorplan each time. This means there is less waste, and less labor. Using modern building materials and techniques, their efficiency allows us to pass on savings to our customers. The difference between SwiftBuild Modular and other modular homes is that in addition to the speed at which these can be completed, you will actually save money compared to traditional building.

Are these the same homes I have seen on Amazon?
No! While the design looks similar, our SwiftBoxes have undergone rigorous testing and approvals to meet safety requirements, durability tests, and have received FULL UL certification. The others you may have seen will likely only qualify as temporary housing and have not been approved through your states modular housing program. Additionally, our ceilings are 94.5 inches inside, while those others are only around 84 inches. Ours is rated for 115mph wind, while others are rated for 70mph, and their snow load is significantly less. We use better insulation and thicker steel. In short, our SwiftBoxes are far superior to any similar design you may have seen.
