Our Standalone Sanitation Unit
This unit comes ready to connect to utilities. It features 50amp electrical service, 2 overhead LED lights, 2 exterior motion sensor LED lights, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and a heating system to ensure comfort in any season. Includes a washer and gas dryer, as well as a tankless gas water heater. The ADA bathroom side has an exhaust vent, ADA compliant door, toilet, shower stall, and vanity for accessibility.

Comfort- Heating and cooling system to ensure comfort in any season; A standalone desk and storage system; window shades for privacy. The TempBox 72 includes a twin size bed frame with reversable mattress, over bed storage shelving while the TempBox 152 includes 1 full size and 1 twin size bed frame, mattresses, and appropriate over bed storage shelving.
